Namaste, how I came to find myself on the yoga mat is something that still inspires me today. I was blessed to be raised in a wholistic environment maintaining a healthy diet and lifestyle. I grew up in an alternative family in England have been guided down this path ever since. 


As part of a macrobiotic cooking seminar held at my family home, I participated in a class taught by B. K. S. Iyengar. Inspired, I went on to study body work therapies whilst pursuing my love for children through a first hand education caring for babies at Wellgarth Nursery Training College.


Moving my body daily has given me the ability to navigate myself in a healthy flow through life. Using movement as a tool to grow my awareness in maintaining balance in my physical and emotional needs.


Whilst on a sabbatical year in the USA, I received the opportunity to participate in a Raja Vinyasa Yoga teacher training, which opened a clear pathway in my development as a Yoga guide.
